The Bread of Life

Sermon Recap

On Sunday, Benton taught out of John 6:26-69 where Jesus calls himself, “The Bread of Life.”

SEE IT (what is God saying?)

  1. Where in my life am I chasing “food that spoils”—things that fill me for a moment but leave me empty again?

  2. What do I actually believe Jesus wants to give me, and does that match what He says He offers?

  3. Where am I living “near” Jesus instead of living “in” Jesus?

  4. In my current season, am I more concerned with the schedule or the significance of the moment?

BE IT (what is he calling you to do about it?)

  1. What would it look like this week to aim my hunger toward Jesus—the food that never spoils—instead of what is immediate and temporary?

  2. What is one tangible way I can open myself to receive more of Jesus—His presence, His voice, His Word—today?

  3. What is one appetite, habit, or pattern I need to lay down so I can make space for Jesus to become my true nourishment?

  4. What would it look like to stop asking “How fast can I get out of this season?” and instead ask “What is God forming in me right now?”
